During our recent stay in Whitby, we chose a homestay that provided ample family-friendly amenities. Its proximity to the Flamingo Land Theme Park, just 40 km away, proved convenient for a day of adventure. We ventured there as a family, and the children thoroughly enjoyed the rides and attractions. The host, Edwin, was accommodating, allowing us to receive parcels at the house, which was thoughtful given our family's needs during the trip. The room itself had a cozy charm, though it was a touch outdated for our tastes. A leisurely 10-minute stroll to the bay through the park was a delightful way to start our mornings. Though there were a few bumps—like the backdoor key being hidden under a plant pot—I must say, the overall experience reflected the warmth of Whitby.
